About the Portal

This portal exists to facilitate the smooth and effective execution of Material Transfer Agreements pertaining to a request for the exchange of Materials from the MRC Harwell Institute.

Within the Dashboard section, users are able to quickly find all their existing Materials Transfer Agreements and filter them by fields such as; date, request type (Agreement templates) and name of the individual requesting the Materials.

All details relating to a specific agreement can be accessed by clicking the ‘Review’ button on the Dashboard page. Here, users are able to enter any information that is required within the agreement itself and check what has already been inserted.

The final stage will present the agreement in its completed form for users to review. It is here that authorised approval is given by the user, depending on their role in the agreement. Final approval involves users providing an affirmative response (Yes).
