All our MTA's are non-negotiable and therefore we do not accept any modifications to the MTA.
I am not receiving any e-mail notifications.
All MTA correspondence will come from the mtateam@har.mrc.ac.uk. Please check your inbox along with your spam/trash as sometimes these automated e-mails are sent there in error.
What happens if the Authorised Signatory leaves the establishment?
Please inform us as soon as possible with the new signatory details so we can update our records and reassign the MTA. All signatories (External Scientist and Authorised Signatory) will need to re-sign the document.
How will we know when the MTA has been completed?
Once all bodies have signed the MTA, you will receive an automated e-mail to inform you that your MTA has been executed.
How long does it take to execute a MTA?
The MTA cannot be progressed until all recipient signatories have signed their relevant parts. For this reason, we cannot give a timeframe. Once this has been completed, it is forwarded onto our establishment’s authorised signatory to be signed. The MTA is then fully executed.
